The former residence of the Tisza family—the Tisza Mansion in Geszt—holds a remarkable place in Hungarian history. The newly inaugurated permanent exhibition, opened on June 4, 2024, invites visitors to explore not only the architectural and historical layers of the building, but also the broader cultural legacy of the Tisza family. Designed to connect past and present, the exhibition unfolds within the restored historical layout of the mansion, where contemporary spatial interventions create a second layer of narrative. Multimedia installations, interactive elements, and immersive, multisensory experiences guide visitors through the personal and national stories embedded in the space.
